By joining IHC, you will contribute to IHC’s affordable housing mission. Being an IHC member will allow you to:

• Keep informed and help to shape Illinois’ public policy for affordable housing.
• Meet individuals and organizations actively involved in affordable housing development.
• Learn about new, innovative affordable housing development strategies and initiatives in communities.
• Stay on top of rapid changes in the affordable housing industry so you can capitalize on these changes.
• Participate in IHC affordable housing educational conferences and seminars to help improve your development and management practices.
• Interact with affordable housing funding sources and agencies.
• Receive a periodic review of key affordable housing industry actions from IHC’s The Insider.
• Receive personalized IHC information and answers to your individual affordable housing questions and information needs.
• Use the IHC network to promote your own affordable housing development, and/or professional services to a select audience of potential clients and customers.
• Keep up-to-date on government activities in Springfield and Washington that affect affordable housing development.
• Network with the members of the State’s other affordable housing development groups and organizations.
